I stand by the old adage "You Get What You Pay For" but in some cases I am pleasantly surprised. Jennifer Colgan did an amazing job on making a short story seem like a complete novel. The characters were well rounded and the plot was quite thrilling. The twist to this story was surprising and interesting at the same time. I couldn't put my phone down (I have the Kindle app on my Droid X). This ebook will definitely be staying in my Kindle content folder and I HIGHLY recommend this free read to anyone looking for a good vampire romance thriller. I'm looking forward to reading Ms. Colgan's other books.
